The American Society of Mechanical Engineers is dedicated to promoting the art and mechanical engineering. The ASME International Petroleum Technology Institute is a financial donor.

Lockheed Martin is an advanced technology company that is mostly engaged in research design, development, manufacture and integration of advanced technology systems, products, and services. They are a financial sponsor. They assist us with mentoring and machine custom parts for us.

ITT Tech Institute offers education in electronics, web development, computer programming, computer networking, and computer drafting and design. They help us out primarily as a financial sponsor but they also provide mentors as well as host a Fall workshop with great food!

 

On Board provides innovative and creative engineering, logistics, and intelligence solutions required for the war fighter. They donate the team t-shirts. They also assist with mentoring and can purchase a limited amount of special order parts and supplies.

 

Boeing is the world's leading aerospace company and the largest manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft. They help us out with mentoring and donating needed raw materials.

Igus Inc. along with The Y.E.S. (Young Engineers Support) Program supports students with a passion for engineering. The Y.E.S. program has supported our team by donating some lightweight plastic parts used to create the robot.  The benefits of the Y.E.S. program are unlimited for both igus and young engineers.

 

The university of Texas at San Antonio helps us out by providing us with capable mentors. UTSA is a university composed of three campuses through out San Antonio. The Universities provide access and opportunities for large numbers of underserved students.

 

MSC Industrial Supply is a sponsor for FIRST but the local branch has been one of primary venders for hardware and tools. This year they have again donated some needed items right before the regional completion.
